Glue Roller Applicator Mod II (Full Kit) (UK)
July Woodworks presents the Glue Roller Applicator: Mod II. This was born out of my struggle to beat the clock during large and complex glue ups. Designed for small woodworking businesses and cutting board enthusiasts, the Mod II can substantially decrease effort and stress from your workflow while providing a perfect application of glue every time.
Powered by a 12v DC motor, the system works by picking up glue from the stainless steel glue pan using the 5 inch felt roller, then the adjustable doctor scraper fine tunes the glue application thickness.
Completely tool-less operation. The glue pan lid provides temporary glue storage (2-4 weeks depending on environmental conditions), simplifying the clean up process for repeated glue up operations. The roller is re-usable and easy to clean up, simply scrape off excess glue and place into the glue roller container (for short term storage ~4 weeks) or fully submerge the roller in water (long term storage greater than 4 weeks)
The package includes everything necessary to put to use right out of the box for your next glue up. Components 3D printed in PETG. Assembly of the kit requires only the included allen key and takes 5-10 minutes (See link below for assembly instructions).
