The mk. 05 Series includes the mk. 05 Alpha (main cutting board) and the mk. 05 Bravo (bar board). These end grain cutting boards are beautifully crafted of Black Limba, Hard Maple, and Walnut with a hint of Padouk. Both boards feature brass feet providing a luxurious accent and prevents the board from sliding on your kitchen counter. Our boards undergo a 24-hour mineral oil bath to minimize the risk of the wood drying out. Finally, they are finished with a premium homemade blend of mineral oil and bees wax.
